HourlyCPD is an administrative tool. We do not provide professional advice, and nothing in the service constitutes a guarantee that your CPD records will be accepted by any professional body. You remain responsible for ensuring compliance with your membership body's requirements.

7. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may carry out maintenance, which we will notify you of where possible. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what is required by applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, HourlyCPD's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, with Scottish courts having primary jurisdiction as our registered place of business. If you are a consumer resident in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country, and the mandatory consumer protection laws of that jurisdiction will continue to apply to you. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
