Yes. The Pro plan supports up to 3 bodies and the Pro+ plan supports unlimited bodies. Each membership tracks its own CPD year, annual hours requirement, and category rules independently — and one activity can count toward multiple bodies simultaneously.

By design. Professional bodies including BACP, HCPC, NMC, and GMC explicitly require reflections to be written in your own words and to demonstrate genuine personal learning. An AI-generated reflection could be flagged during an audit review — and more fundamentally, reflection is where actual professional development happens. Our AI asks you targeted questions based on your specific activity and professional body framework (Gibbs' Reflective Cycle, Kolb's model, Rolfe's 'What? So What? Reflection coaching: generates guided questions tailored to your specific activity, professional body, and chosen reflective framework — Pro and Pro+. Reflection quality checker: reviews your draft and highlights any missing elements such as action planning or practice impact — Pro+. Category suggestion: reads your activity title and description and suggests the most appropriate CPD category — Pro+. Certificate hours extraction: reads an uploaded PDF or certificate and pre-fills the hours field — Pro+. Smart CSV import: maps columns from any spreadsheet format automatically, handling varied layouts, formats, and unnamed columns — Pro+.

Yes. All traffic is protected by Cloudflare — including DDoS mitigation, a Web Application Firewall, and bot protection. Your core CPD data, evidence files and database backups are stored in the EU — on Hetzner infrastructure in Helsinki, Finland, with backup copies held in Cloudflare R2 (EU). Some processing is carried out by named sub-processors (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Mistral AI for optional AI features, processed in the EU) under UK GDPR safeguards set out in our Privacy Policy. All connections use TLS encryption. Evidence files are stored on private object storage and served only via short-lived signed URLs — never publicly accessible. Payments are handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1) — we never see or store card details. We are built around UK GDPR: we do not sell your data, and you have full export and deletion rights at any time.

Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You retain access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.

The Pro and Pro+ plans include an audit-ready PDF export that summarises your CPD activities for a selected date range. The format is designed to meet the evidence requirements of major UK professional bodies, though you should always verify the current submission format with your membership organisation.
